DUBAI MARINA
In order to create the man-made marina, the developers brought the waters of the Persian Gulf into the site of Dubai marina, creating a new waterfront. Yellow Gate supply man power to multiple departments according to construction requirments.
BUSINESS BAY
Dubai Creek Extension is a part of the Business Bay development. The plan involves the expansion of the current 14 km (8.7 mi) long Dubai Creek to 26.2 km (16.3 mi). Dubai Creek will be extended from its original place to Business Bay to the Persian Gulf through Safa Park and Jumeirah. DUBAI INTERNATIONAL CITY
Dubai International city is a country-themed architecture of residences, business, and tourist attractions. Spreading over an area of 800 hectares (8 million square meters), the arrangement of the city is inspired by the traditional carpets of Middle East. JEBEL ALI VILLEGE
Jebel Ali Village is the re-development of the existing Jebel Ali village. The existing Jebel Ali village was constructed in 1977 to provide accommodation to expatriates. The construction on re-development of Jebel Ali village had already begun in 2008. Yellow Gate contributes in man power supply, equipment rental and material supply to multiple departments according to construction requirments.
JUMEIRAH GARDEN CITY
Jumeirah garden city will be built over a period of 12 years. Meraas Development has commissioned architect Adrian Smith of Adrian Smith + Gordon Gill Architecture to design four new projects as part of the Jumeirah Garden master plan. CULTURE VILLAGE
Culture Village is a multi-purpose development project in the United Arab Emirates, located along the shoreline of the Dubai creek on a 40,000,000-square-foot (3,700,000 m2) plot of land.
